Chaucer acquire PLUS 3 CONSULTANTS Ltd
01 July 2005 - Chaucer Group Limited has acquired 100% of the shareholding in Midlands based PLUS 3 CONSULTANTS LTD.
PLUS 3 CONSULTANTS have been successfully trading since 1986 as Contractual and Commercial Consultants.
PLUS 3 CONSULTANTS will bring to Chaucer specific expertise and experience in all aspects of Contractual and Commercial Management.
They will also bring an extensive client database built-up over the past 20 years of working within the Oil, Gas, Petrochemicals, Energy, Civil Engineering, Building and Construction industries. In addition to this their client portfolio also includes legal practices, developers, and design consultants.
PLUS 3 CONSULTANTS LTD have a continuing relationship with other PLUS 3 CONSULTANTS companies based in Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong and Singapore. These Asia Pacific companies were originated out of the UK business but are now independent.
