A project to assess the “do-ability"/capability of achieving the current (2004) strategic sourcing change agenda in Barclays Enable.

This was then follow-up with another piece of work that looked at the 2005 schedule, specifically SAP and Communications, to assess the feasibility of bringing one or more of these forward into the 2004 schedule, in order to replace some of the value lost through the potential deferment of one of the large 2004 programmes

The objectives and scope of the work were:

To provide:

  • The Enable Executive with a view as to the “do-ability” of the 2004 agenda and options for 2004 and 2005
  • To provide, based on any changes, what the 2004 and 2005 agenda could look like and the impacts and implications, of any change.
  • How benefits could be maintained in the light of any changes to the scheduled agenda.
