Project description
The client needed a project manager to implement the hosting of their Internet project.
The information systems department had assumed that the capability had been developed and was ready for implementation.
ItemPlus’s initial assessment showed that the project had been business-led, with little technical contribution. External and internal developments were incomplete, with no plans for unit or systems testing.
The assignment expanded to include developing and recommending all they key implementation needs:

- methods for testing and security
- operational procedures
- revised and realistic schedules
