Project description

The Bank wished to sharpen its customer image by presenting more and better information to customers.

ItemPlus led a study to determine:

  • opportunity - the mix of technology and channels which will be used to deliver information to customers over the next 5 years
  • IT status - the capability of the Bank’s current IT systems to support the provision of this information
  • project status - what projects are currently in place that meet [at least some of] the future requirements?
  • gaps - what gaps exist and what extra work has to be undertaken to ensure that the Bank can meet these future requirements?
