Project description

The project was responsible for setting up a new centralised collections unit and implementing a collections package interfaced to other Bank systems. The first phase included a restricted product and customer set to prove the concept. The ItemPlus consultant acted as Project Manager, pending the recruitment of a Bank manager to take on the role.

The ItemPlus consultant was responsible for:

  • managing and planning the project
  • managing the requirements definition phase of the project
  • liaising with business, technical and operational management
  • minimising package modifications
  • ensuring project teams were delivery focused.
