Project description

Our client is the biggest provider of call centre services in the UK.

Following a major strategic review, ItemPlus was asked to assist in the initiation of a replacement technology programme across all the UK call centres. Coaching the client’s own Programme and Project Office Managers, our consultant:

  • obtained agreement to Programme goals and objectives
  • defined the programme organisation
  • established appropriate phasing and supporting plans
  • assisted in on-going programme management.
