e-commerce gave the opportunity to create new revenue streams and to win new customers.
ItemPlus was engaged to guide and accelerate the development and implementation of this £30m greenfield proposition.
ItemPlus took a leadership role in key activities throughout the project:
Developing the proposition
- 2-week brainstorming to define the proposition
- building outline business cases for two main options
- evaluating the options
- developing the full business case for the preferred option.
The Chief Executive approved the proposal and the £30m budget.
