Project description
AXA Sun Life (ASL) acquired PPP Lifetime Care and decided to move the operation from its Stratford base to ASL’s main operational HQ in Bristol.
As a result of bringing the end date for integration forward by 3 months and the need for the existing management to maintain their focus on “business as usual” activities, it was decided to appoint a third party project manager (ItemPlus), to manage the sales and marketing integration activities.
The scope included the field force, telesales, literature, compliance, sales support, product development and marketing. The work also included reaching agreement on PPP branding for the short-medium term.
Outcome
The PPP operation was moved successfully on the planned date of 31 March 2000.
