ATM Migration
Co-operative Financial Services have successfully completed the migration of the service provision for the ATM estate from IBM to Wincor - Nixdorf over a period of 20 months. This programme was a very large scale, complex migration of ATM maintenance and the transaction switching and settlement systems from one outsourced provider to another. These systems underpin the Bank’s ATM service to approximately 2400 ATMs in Co-operative stores throughout the UK. The project was successfully completed on time at the end of March.
Chaucer Consulting worked closely with CFS and the key suppliers Wincor - Nixdorf and IBM and provided a programme partner to the CFS programme manager, business and technical design support and project office management and work stream leadership. The overall Chaucer Consulting assignment covered three years and involved supplier assessment, RFP and contract development, and two phases of programme delivery.
